Aspire for Success
For the point in your career when the next step isn't obvious.

Most of my clients are mid-career. They've done well, often for years, and they're tired in a way a vacation doesn't fix. Some want a different field. Others want the same work, somewhere that values it. Either way, the first job is to figure out which.
Two kinds of coaching.
Which one fits?
Many people start with one and move into the other. We'll decide together in the first conversation.

You're probably thinking
“I'm good at my job, but I don't want to do it for another fifteen years. I just don't know what else fits.”
“I know the role I want. I'm just not getting interviews — or I'm not coming across the way I'd like.”
The decision in front of you
Whether to change fields, roles or the way you work — and what's realistic given your finances and family.
How to position your experience so the right employers see it quickly, and where to spend your search time.
What we work on
Interests, motivated skills, values and work style, using DISC and the Golden Personality Type Profiler, then researching and testing real options.
Your brand story, a résumé rewritten for the role you want, a LinkedIn profile that's found, networking and interview preparation.
You leave with
A short list of directions you've actually tested, and a plan for making the move.
Consistent materials, a target list and a weekly search routine you can keep up.

How the work goes
A mix of conversation, assessment and short assignments between sessions.
- Step 1
First conversation
We talk through where you are and decide which kind of coaching makes sense.
- Step 2
Assessment
Interests, skills, values and work style, using tools like DISC and the GPTP.
- Step 3
Research & testing
Homework between sessions: conversations, reading and trying ideas on for size.
- Step 4
The move
Résumé, LinkedIn and a search plan aimed at the direction you've chosen.

I've changed careers more than once myself.
Corporate sales and marketing, then running my own consultancy, then university career services, then coaching. I went back to school at 45 to retrain, so I know what it costs to start over — and what it takes to do it carefully.

About Randi
Direct, curious, and on your side.
I've coached from Belmont since 2004, working with clients in person and by video. Sessions mix conversation, assessments and short assignments between meetings — the work happens in both.
I'll ask a lot of questions, tell you honestly when something isn't working, and keep the practical details in view: money, timing, the people at home.
I speak English and French, and spent years working in Europe, so I'm comfortable with international careers too.
